Pets Engraving and Memorials a family owned business is a division of Polar Engraving, State of the Art custom Brick engraving company founded in 1998. in Naples, Florida. Recently, because of a recurring demand of Pet markers and markers, and because we are Pet Lovers, we have decided to open a new online store called "Pets Engraving and Memorials" dedicated to our beloved Pets.
How to place your order for Pet Memorials
First select the item that you would like from our selection of pet memorials, headstones, urns and pet grave markers. You can click on the picture itself to look at all the details of the structure of the item and discover the custom engraving. Next, fill out the order form with the name, text, date, breed and font field. Check meticulously your spelling to avoid misspelled words. Next, select the “add to shopping cart" button. To ensure complete satisfaction, each personalized layout is emailed to you for individual approval before engraving begins. Any customer approval is final. Return Policy
Because the custom engraving on the selected item has value only to the recipient, returns are permitted only if we made the error in the engraving. Shipping charges may be subtracted from final return price. If you have a question we are here to help. Call us toll free at 1-800-546-7993
Can I add more words to my message?

Can I leave custom pet grave markers outdoors?
Yes. Our Pet grave markers / garden markers made out rocks, natural stones or concrete can sustain any type of weather. We use a life long lasting paint to fill out the etching. If you have a question, we are here to help. Call us toll free at 1-800-546-7993
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card is typically charged within forty-eight hours of your order. Orders are subject to credit card verification and acceptance before shipping. If you have a question, we are here to help. Call us toll free at 1-800-546-7993
What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping and packaging is calculated during checkout and is based on your location and the total weight of your order.Standard shipping will be UPS Standard Ground which generally takes 3-5 days in most areas.USPS Priority Mail will be also used if the shipping item is small. If you require a more immediate delivery, select UPS 2Nd Day Air, or UPS 3-Day at the checkout page.
